Terms and Conditions of www.expantables.com should be read prior to using the site. Do not continue if you do not agree with any of the terms or conditions.

Furthermore, display of any material associated with www. expantables.com may not be used for commercial purposes unless specifically authorized by the site administrator.

www.expantables.com  is the sole owner or lawful licensee of all the rights and interests of the website Expantables.com. www.expantables.com has intellectual property rights protected under worldwide patent, copyright and other laws. You hereby indemnify www.expantables.com to the extent of any breach of intellectual property rights by or through your use of www.expantables.com. Limitation of Liability

www. expantables.com is not liable for consequential or special damages that have resulted from the direct use or lack of ability to use any products on www. expantables.com, including but not limited to product performance.

 

Typographical Errors

In the rare occurrence that a www. expantables.com product has a price that was incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse such orders. A full refund will be issued if your order is canceled under such circumstances.

 

Warranties

www.expantables.com offers a one-year limited warranty on all manufacturing defects incurred from the purchase of their products. (Exceptions may apply at the discretion of the Warranty Team).
www.expantables.com is not liable for any damages after the delivery, including normal wear and tear and mishandling of the product.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. Full refund will be issued.

Orders cancelled after shipment, but before delivery to your home, are subject to return shipping charges, along with a 15% restocking fee.

Once the table was received, installed and signed by you (in good condition) you will not be able to return the merchandise.

 

Shipping & Damage Information

 

Shipping

You will get an email notification once the order is shipped.

All the tables sold on www.expantables.com are shipped and assembled in your home. We proudly offer free shipping on all orders at www.expantables.com. The only stipulations are that you must have a physical address (no P.O. boxes) and you must be in the 48 continental states. We ship all our products through various heavy freight companies (LTL freight carriers).

Our products are packaged properly to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition.

 

Receiving Shipments - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our products are packaged properly to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition.  
Please be aware that we add on the highest service level with our LTL (heavy freight) carriers, which is called "Shipping and Installation". 

When you receive an LTL shipment, you or a representative must be present at the delivery location, since the package must receive a signature after assembly is completed. 

Please follow this course of action when receiving shipments:

1. Inspect the boxes from all angles. 

 If the boxes show any kind of damage, we ask you take pictures of the damaged box/boxes.

2. In most cases, the damage to the box does not mean that the merchandise is damaged.

3. In case of damage to the merchandise, we ask you to take pictures of the damage/damages and send them immediately to us. If it is a small damage and the table can still be installed, please allow the installers to assemble the table and you can use it until you receive a replacement part or we will schedule a repair technician to repair the damage.

4. If the damage does not allow the technicians to assemble the table and www.extantables.com cannot replace the damaged part within a week, the technicians will take the table back to their warehouse and the warehouse will reschedule the delivery after receiving the replacements parts.

5. Once the assembly of the table was done to your satisfaction, please sign the shipping forms provided by the technicians.


Defective Products or Missing Parts

The vast majority of our orders are delivered in perfect condition.  Occasionally, however, products are found to have defective or missing parts.  In this case, replacement parts will be shipped to you free of charge.  
If, however, you want to return the item due to defective parts instead of waiting for replacement parts, you will be responsible for a standard return, which will include restocking fees of 15% and return freight charges.  We strongly encourage you to wait for replacement parts in this case.


Returns

If you change your mind after the order was shipped, you’re welcome to return the merchandise. However you will be responsible for a standard return, which will include return freight charges and restocking fees of 15%.

Once the table was received, installed and signed by you (in good condition) you will not be able to return the merchandise.

 

Notice

www.expantables.com may provide notice (of receipt of payment, shipment, problems with order, etc.) to persons by email or by another reliable means based on the information provided to us at the time of order.

 
Indemnification

You agree to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify www.expantables.com, its owners, employees, directors, and suppliers against all expenses, losses, costs, or damages, as well as all attorneys' fees that result from any violation of the terms and conditions or any related activity to your account by you or any persons who access this site using an internet account belonging to you.

In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the State of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle.
